Automated Mailing Services, Inc., was formed in 1995. It is located in Huntington, WV, about 100 miles from Lexington, KY and Columbus, OH.

The company is a full service direct mail company using technology to manage mail traveling through the US Postal Service. 

Our customers include corporations; small businesses; credit unions and other nonprofits; and the tourism industry.

The company serves clients in West Virginia, the Midwest and internationally via the internet.

We collect no information on web site visitors except anonymous site usage statistics, and we do not make use of cookies. If you choose to contact us via our website, your identifying information will not be used or shared outside our company.

Client Data

Your data is just that. Yours. Customer files are handled by our staff for a limited period of time. After the completion of our work, we do not retain the information. While we make backups of our critical software and systems, these backup do not include your data, unless we have been entrusted with the management of your database.

Computer media containing your data is physically destroyed, unless you request its return. Electronic files are stored on an internal network, never transmitted nor accessible to outsiders. Files are deleted and permanently erased on a regular basis.
